Penetrating & Alkali-Resistant Sealer Primer

This product is engineered with high-performance acrylic polymer emulsion and nano-grade penetrating agents. As the first line of defense in the coating system, its core functions are deep penetration & consolidation and alkali & salt barrier. It effectively penetrates the mortar substrate, significantly enhancing its strength and preventing coating failure due to a weak base. Its superior sealing properties block the migration of soluble salts and alkalis (e.g., calcium hydroxide) to the surface, fundamentally preventing efflorescence and coating discoloration. Furthermore, it provides excellent adhesion, creating a uniform and robust base for subsequent coats and reducing the consumption of topcoats.
