Product Details

Combizell® HD series HEC is a non-ionic, water-soluble polymer made from natural cellulose. It appears as a white or slightly yellowish powder that easily disperses and dissolves in both cold and hot water, yielding solutions with varying viscosities. This product is primarily used as a rheology modifier, thickener, water-retention agent, suspending agent, binder, stabilizer, and protective colloid.

Combizell® HD Series HEC is a highly efficient non-ionic thickener, water-retention agent, and rheology modifier that can be widely used in various water-based latex paints and surface coatings. It exhibits excellent biostability and provides superior resistance to biological and chemical degradation.

The Combizell® HD series HEC exhibits broad compatibility with other materials such as emulsion polymers, pigment dispersions, natural and synthetic rubbers, surfactants, emulsifiers, defoamers, and preservatives.

Main Technical Parameters

Specification Model

The Combizell® HD series HEC products undergo a hydration-delayed treatment to enhance their dispersibility when introduced into water. This treatment prevents the powder from clumping in water. At neutral pH and ambient temperature, the Combizell® HD series HEC can be easily dispersed without forming agglomerates, yielding a clear and smooth solution.

The different types of Combizell® HD series products mainly differ in solution viscosity, allowing users to freely select based on their application requirements.
